I know it just became officially summer, but I am “on to the next one” (*love Jay-Z!*) with my look at the emerging pre-fall trend…the blouse.
This simple, sophisticated wardrobe essential is professional, transitional, playful, and at times sexy. The blouse is a piece that every woman over the age of 20 needs to have at least4 of.
